I will create 3d industrial cip system tank cleaning animation video

About this gig
Struggling to show clients or train staff how your hidden CIP system actually works?
Clean-in-Place (CIP) and tank cleaning processes are complex, happening entirely inside sealed vessels. You can't film them. I create precise 3D cutaway animations that reveal the invisibleshowing fluid flow, spray ball coverage, and valve sequencing with crystal clarity.
I am Henry from Henry Studio. I specialize in industrial process animation, and I understand the strict requirements of sanitary design, fluid dynamics, and process piping. Whether you are pitching a new CIP skid design or demonstrating cleaning validation, I will bring your system to life
What This Gig Covers:
CIP System Animation (Single-use, Reuse, Multi-tank systems)
Industrial Tank Cleaning & Spray Ball Coverage Visualization
Sanitary Process Piping & Valve Operation Animation
Fluid Flow & Heat Exchange Simulation
Cross-Section / Cutaway Tank Animations
Why Choose Henry Studio?
- Deep understanding of sanitary process engineering and CIP cycles
- High-quality fluid simulation and cutaway rendering
Message me with your P&ID or process description! Let's make your CIP system crystal clear.

FAQ
Can you animate the internal fluid flow and spray ball coverage?
Absolutely! This is the most important part of a CIP animation. I use cutaway techniques to show the interior of the tanks, animating the spray patterns from the spray balls/clean-in-place heads, as well as the fluid flow through the pipework, ensuring your clients see exactly how the coverage works
Do you understand CIP sequences (e.g., Rinse, Caustic, Acid, Final Rinse)?
Yes. I understand the standard phases of Clean-in-Place systems. I can animate the changeover of fluids through the pipes, showing different stages of the cycle (water, chemicals, steam/sterilization) with color-coded fluid flows and corresponding valve changes.
What files do I need to provide?
For the most accurate animation, 3D CAD files (STEP, IGES) of your skid or tank are best. However, I can also build the 3D models based on your 2D P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), datasheets, or reference photos
Can you add text labels to valves, pipes, and tanks in the video?
Yes! Process videos often require clear labeling to identify components like "CIP Supply Pump," "Heat Exchanger," or "Return Valve." I can add professional text overlays and annotations to ensure the animation is easy to follow and educational.
My CIP system is still in the design phase. Can you help?
Definitely. If you only have P&ID schematics or concept drawings, I can model the CIP skid and tanks from scratch and animate the proposed process. This is a highly effective way to present your engineering designs to investors or clients before manufacturing begins.
