My basic package is designed to create a roadmap for the steps you will need to take in order to implement a food safety plan.

My standard package creates a HACCPP analysis specific to your product and facility. It identifies the critical control points along with the data collection requirements as your product moves from raw material receiving to shipping.

My premium package consists of a complete HACCP plan that can be submitted to the appropriate agency for approval. Based on my experience, agencies will always require revisions so that the plan complies with their specific requirements. Consequently the premium package includes 5 revisions, with the revisions based on the feedback received from the agency the plan was submitted to.
