FAQ
What version of Serum are the presets made in? Will they work with mine?
Presets are made in Serum v2.x. They may not work properly with v1.x. Good news: Serum 2 is a free update for all users via Xfer or Splice. Upgrading ensures full compatibility and the best sound with the new features and capibilities.
Can I use the presets I buy for my own music production?
Yes! You are free to use the presets in your music, whether for personal projects or commercial releases. However, you cannot resell or redistribute the presets themselves.
Can I resell the presets I purchase from you?
No, all purchases are for personal use only. If you want to use my presets for resale (e.g., in a preset pack or as part of a product), you must contact me to discuss a commercial license.
How do I get a commercial license for resale?
If you're interested in selling my presets as part of a preset pack or a commercial product, please message me before ordering. I'll provide licensing options based on your needs.
Do I get royalties if I purchase a commercial license?
No, a commercial license is a one-time fee that grants you the right to resell the presets. You do not owe any royalties after purchasing the license.
How much does a commercial license cost?
The commercial license fee depends on the number of presets and the intended use. Contact me for more detail.
