Can you migrate my existing spreadsheets?
Yes. I remove duplicates, standardise fields and import your data into linked tables. After ordering, send me a copy of your files so I can review the structure before importing anything.
Do I need paid Airtable or Softr plans?
Automations, interfaces and portals often need a paid plan, depending on features and record volume. I will tell you exactly which plan you need before I build, so there are no surprises. Subscriptions are paid to those platforms directly.
Do you build from a template or from scratch?
Every system is built around your process. I start by mapping how you track leads, clients and tasks today, then design the tables, fields and automations to match. I do not drop in a generic template.
Will the automation really run on its own after the build?
Yes. Once your workflows are set up and tested, follow-up, booking, and pipeline updates run automatically. I test everything before delivery so it works from day one.
Which website platforms can you connect to Airtable?
I connect Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify and WordPress using native forms, Make or n8n. Tell me your platform before ordering and I will confirm the best connection method for your setup.
What is a Softr client portal and do I need one?
It is a secure login area built on your Airtable data where clients see their project status, files and records. You need one if clients often ask for updates or you currently share information by email.
What do you need from me to start?
A short description of how you track leads and tasks today, access to your website platform, and any spreadsheets you use. I will send a structure plan for your approval before building.
Do you offer support after delivery?
If anything I built does not work as agreed, message me and I will fix it. Your delivery includes a recorded walkthrough, so your team can run the system day to day. New features can be added as an extra.
