Can you deliver faster than the stated delivery time?
Sometimes I adjust the delivery time according to my capacities. For instance if I have a lot or big orders in queue I might add a day or two. The current delivery time is always stated on the gig's site. For urgent requests I have a 1 day delivery option available for purchase.
I'm not sure if my request is doable?
If you're unsure feel free to contact me first and attach your image(s) along with the instructions for me to take a look and I will let you know if everything is doable.
Do you give bulk discounts?
Yes, I do. If you would like to order several images at once, please contact me first with the images attached and your instructions. I will then create a custom offer that fits your needs.
How do I order more than one image?
If you'd like to order more than one image, please make sure to adjust the quantity when placing your order. For bulk orders, feel free to contact me, and I can create a custom offer with a bulk discount tailored to your needs.
I don't want my image to appear in the portfolio
That's no problem! You can simply uncheck the box asking for permission when leaving a review. Please make sure not to overlook it, as we sellers can't disable this feature ourselves. If you forget, we can always contact customer service to have the image removed manually.
