Is this a generic template?
No. I set it up for your project with your milestones, risks and team roles already filled in, then review it myself before delivery. You also keep it as a reusable template.
What file format will I get?
An Excel file (.xlsx) that also opens in Google Sheets. Premium also includes a PDF summary. I work in Excel only and don't deliver Microsoft Project files.
What does RAG mean?
Red, Amber, Green. It's a quick way to show whether each part of your project (schedule, budget, scope and so on) is on track, at risk or in trouble.
How is risk scored?
Each risk gets a probability and an impact from 1 to 5. Excel multiplies them into a score from 1 to 25 and colors it High, Medium or Low automatically, so your biggest risks stand out.
Which package should I choose?
Basic if you just need to report status and track risks. Standard if you also manage issues and actions with a team. Premium if you report to an owner, client or investor and want charts and an executive summary. Message me before ordering if unsure.
