Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send me the game, operating system, server specifications, required mods or plugins, and your desired setup. I will confirm compatibility and the correct package.
Which games do you support?
I support most games with official Linux or Windows dedicated server software, including Minecraft, Palworld, Satisfactory, Valheim, Rust, ARK, Enshrouded, and Project Zomboid.
Do I need my own VPS or dedicated server?
Yes. The standard packages cover setup on your existing VPS or dedicated server. Managed hosting may be available through a separate Fiverr offer after a capacity and compatibility check.
What server access do you need?
I require temporary administrative access, such as SSH, RDP, or a restricted hosting panel account. Please use temporary credentials and remove or rotate them after delivery.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers configuration changes within the original order requirements. Changing the game, operating system, hosting provider, or adding major features requires additional work.
Can you install mods and plugins?
Yes, when the game and server version support them. Modded configurations are included in the Premium package. Custom development and paid third-party content are not included.
Can you migrate my existing world or savegame?
Yes. Savegame or world migration is available with the Premium package. I create a backup first, but compatibility can depend on the game version, platform, and installed mods.
Are backups and security included?
The Standard and Premium packages include basic firewall configuration, automatic restart, and scheduled backups where supported. External backup storage and DDoS protection are not included unless agreed separately.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Extended maintenance, monitoring, updates, and managed hosting can be arranged through a separate Fiverr custom offer after the initial setup.
Can we communicate in German?
Yes. Support and project communication are available in both English and German.
