About this Gig
Hi, I'm Hesther.
Finishing a manuscript is a big achievement, but getting it ready for readers can feel like a completely different challenge. After spending weeks or months writing, it's easy to overlook small errors, repeated words, awkward sentences or inconsistencies. That's where a careful editor makes all the difference.
I edit nonfiction books, self-help books, memoirs, business books, Christian books and Amazon KDP manuscripts with close attention to grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, readability, consistency and fact checking where needed. Every edit is made to strengthen your writing while keeping your voice, ideas and message intact.
I believe good editing isn't about changing your book. It's about helping readers focus on your message instead of distractions on the page. If your manuscript also needs professional Amazon KDP formatting after editing, I'm happy to help with that too.
If you've invested your time writing a book, it deserves the same level of care during editing. I'd be glad to review your manuscript, answer your questions, and help you move closer to publication with confidence. Send me a message and let's talk about your project.

FAQ
Will you change my writing style or voice?
No. My goal is to improve grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, consistency, and readability while keeping your original voice, ideas, and message intact. Every edit is made to strengthen your manuscript, not rewrite it.
Do you edit manuscripts for Amazon KDP?
Yes. I regularly edit manuscripts intended for Amazon KDP publishing. I also understand KDP formatting requirements, so if you need professional book formatting after editing, I can help with that as an additional service.
