Do I need to message you before placing an order?
Yes, please! I recommend messaging me first so we can confirm your project scope, creative direction, usage needs, and timeline. For physical products, please contact me before ordering so we can coordinate shipping.
Do you write the script, or should I provide one?
Either works! If you have an approved script, creative brief, or talking points, I'm happy to work from those. If you'd like me to develop the script and creative direction, scriptwriting is available as a Gig Extra. Please approve all scripts and key talking points before filming begins.
What is included in a revision?
Each package includes 1 reasonable editing revision. Revisions do not include reshoots, new concepts or script/creative changes after filming. Changes outside the originally agreed brief may require an additional fee.
What usage rights are included?
Packages include 3 months of organic social usage. Paid ads, whitelisting/Spark Ads, extended usage and other licensing are not included unless agreed upon separately. Please share your intended usage before ordering.
Can my video, face or voice be used for AI?
No, unless separately agreed in writing. My face, voice, likeness, footage or audio may not be used for AI training, voice cloning, avatars, synthetic media or AI-generated/altered content without my prior written consent and separate licensing
How does shipping work for physical products?
Please message me before ordering. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and tracking. Filming begins after the product is received. Products are not automatically returned; if a return is required, please arrange it in advance and provide a prepaid return label.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is not included in my standard packages. If you need unedited clips or additional footage for your own editing or repurposing, please message me before ordering for a custom quote and applicable usage rights.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide your brand/product details, creative brief, target audience, key talking points, desired tone, platform and intended usage. Please also share any brand guidelines, references, must-say points or restrictions before filming.
Can my child or family appear in the content?
Family or child appearances are not automatically included in UGC packages and must be discussed and approved before ordering. Additional rates and usage terms may apply depending on the project and requested involvement.
