Project-based, weekly, or a monthly retainer. Most clients start with one task and scale up.

Do you actually speak German, or do you use translation tools?
German is my native language. Every email, ticket and document is written by me. Nothing goes through a translator before it reaches your customer.
Which package should I start with?
Most clients start with Essential — one defined task, no commitment. If it works, we move to weekly. There's no discount for committing early, so there's no reason to.
Can you handle angry customers?
Yes. Over 8 years in customer support and events, much of it in situations where something had already gone wrong. De-escalation in German is a specific skill.
Do you make phone calls?
By arrangement, as a paid add-on. Most work is handled in writing, which keeps everything documented and traceable.
When are you available?
My working window is 5–10 PM Central European Time, Monday to Friday. If you're in the US, that's 11 AM – 4 PM Eastern — live overlap with most of your working day.
