User-Generated Content (UGC) is authentic content created by real people, showcasing genuine experiences with a product, which helps build trust with your audience.
Do you offer revisions?
I can only offer a free revision if I have made an error. After delivery, if you'd like add something to the video that was not previously mentioned, I charge a $75 revision fee. It's very important to provide all necessary info upfront so I can get you exactly what you want on the first try.
Will I have to send you the product?
Yes, for the most authentic content, it’s best if I can physically use and showcase your product in the video.
Can I have raw footage?
Absolutely! I do charge an additional $150 for raw footage that can be used to create additional videos.
