- File types: Choose from EPUB and/or PDF.

- After conversion, I'll send you watermarked files to approve.
- The 1st round of corrections is free. Extra rounds are $5 plus an extra 48 hrs, not including weekends and U.S. holidays.

Any restrictions on manuscript content?
-No AI. -No discriminatory or derogatory content based on race, sex, gender identity, sexuality, disability status, national origin, religion, age, or ethnicity. -No content that approves, encourages, and/or incites readers to discriminatory behavior, hate speech, violence, and/or illegal conduct.
What constitutes a "page" when you're talking about page count limit for projects?
A "page" in my business refers to pages in your manuscript. Your manuscript page size should be set to 8.5" x 11", standard margins, and 11-12 point text size, even if what you want in your finished products is a different trim or font size.
When does "turnaround time" for delivery of my book files begin?
The turnaround time does NOT begin upon booking services with me. It begins when I confirm, in writing, that I have received your manuscript and all other required materials in a form I can work with. Turnaround times are 9 AM-5 PM Pacific Standard Time, not including weekends and U.S. holidays.
Can I give you my manuscript formatted in a program other than Microsoft Word?
Yes, if you choose the Formatting Included Package, for $20.
Where can I learn how to properly format my manuscript in Microsoft Word so you can then convert it into the file type of my choosing?

What happens if I choose the Basic File Conversion package or the Word Templates Included package, but then I don't format my Word file correctly?
If it takes less than fifteen minutes for me to correct, I will correct it for you. If it’s going to take more than fifteen minutes to correct, I will send it back to you with the option of either correcting it yourself, or upgrading to one of my other packages.
What are the requirements for the book cover file I provide to you?

What are the size or resolution requirements for images that go in my book?
Your images should be at least 300 dpi. But in general, try to provide your images in as high-resolution as possible.
Will you proofread or edit the content of my book (for example, for spelling or grammatical errors, writing quality, etc.)?
No. For those services, please hire a proofreader and/or editor.
What software do you use for formatting, designing, and generating my book files?
I use Vellum. I have the proper license that allows me to legally format, design, and generate book files for other authors, including commercially.
