My Magento store shows a blank page / 500 error. Can you fix it?
Yes. This is usually a PHP fatal error, a broken extension, or a failed deployment. I check exception.log first and identify the exact cause, then fix it. Most cases are resolved within 24 hours.
What counts as "one issue"?
One bug with one root cause. If your checkout is broken AND your admin is slow, that's two issues. Message me first and I'll tell you honestly which package you need.
Do you work with Magento 1?
Yes, and this is rare. I still maintain, patch and fix Magento 1 stores. Most developers dropped M1 after end-of-life in 2020.
Can you migrate Magento 1 to Magento 2?
Yes, including data migration, theme rebuild and extension replacement. Message me for a custom quote — migrations are quoted per store.
Will you work on my live store?
I strongly prefer a staging environment. If you only have live, I take a full backup before touching anything and deploy during your low-traffic hours.
