Absolutely not. I test your app purely from a real user's perspective just like your customers would. No source code, no backend access needed. Just share the app link, APK file, or TestFlight invite and we're good to go.
What do I actually receive when the testing is done?
Depending on your package, you'll receive a detailed bug report with severity levels, annotated screenshots showing exactly where issues are, and a screen-recorded video walkthrough capturing real user experience.
My app is brand new and hasn't launched yet. Is that okay?

How long does testing take?

Yes, retesting after fixes is included in the Premium package. It's important to confirm that what got fixed stayed fixed and didn't accidentally break something else. This is called regression testing and it's a game changer before going live.
