Will my website be fully compliant with EAA, BFSG or ADA?
I align my work with WCAG 2.1 AA, the level referenced by EN 301 549, but I cannot give legal advice or guarantee legal compliance. Laws also depend on your business type, content and processes. You get a clear report and fixes that remove the technical barriers.
Do you use overlay widgets or automated scanners only?
No. Automated tools like axe and WAVE find only part of the issues, so I also test manually with keyboard, NVDA screen reader, zoom and contrast checks. I fix problems in the code instead of adding an overlay widget on top of them.
Which websites can you work on?
I audit any public website. I fix issues directly in custom-coded and static sites. For WordPress, Shopify or other CMS sites I fix what can be changed in templates, CSS or JavaScript and give developer-ready instructions for the rest. Message me first if unsure.
What is included in the accessibility statement?
A draft covering the technical parts: conformance status, known limitations, a feedback contact and the market surveillance authority, in English or German. German law also requires other consumer information and has no official template, so have a lawyer review the final text.
What is not included?
Content only you can supply (like alt text for many product photos or video captions), PDF remediation, native mobile apps and legal advice. I can quote these separately. If more than the package limit is found, I tell you before I go on.
