Yes, I will need read and reply access to your email, chat or social media accounts depending on your package. All login details are kept strictly confidential and I recommend using a secondary password or granting limited access where possible
What hours are you available?
I am flexible across time zones and will agree on your preferred support hours before the order starts. Basic covers 2 hours per day, Standard 4 hours and Premium 8 hours per day.
What if my customers contact me outside your agreed hours?
I will respond to all messages received outside agreed hours at the start of the next session. For round the clock coverage please message me for a custom offer.
