Do you need access to my Zapier account?
Not necessarily. A clear export of your Zap (or a screen-share/screenshot walkthrough of the steps, triggers, and conditions) is usually enough. If your workflow is simple, a written description works too. I'll let you know if I need more detail once you share it.
What counts as a "simple" Zap vs. a "complex" migration?
A simple Zap is a single trigger and action with no branching (e.g., "new form response → send Slack message"). Anything with conditional logic, multiple paths, or several connected apps falls into the Standard or Premium tier — feel free to message me your workflow before ordering and I'll tell you
Can you host the n8n instance for me, or do I need my own server?
I can set up and host n8n for you as an add-on — this involves provisioning a server and keeping the workflow running reliably. It's scoped separately from the migration itself, so message me first if you want this included so I can quote it accurately.
What are "AI-enhanced" steps?
Where it makes sense, I can add a step that uses an AI model (I work with OpenAI and Anthropic/Claude) to do something your original automation couldn't — like writing a reply draft, summarizing content, or making a judgment call based on incoming data. Standard and Premium orders include a short written summary of the workflow logic and any steps you might need to adjust later. Basic orders (single simple Zap) are generally self-explanatory, but let me know if you'd like docs added.
What if the migration doesn't work as expected?
Each package includes revisions (see package details) to fix issues or adjust logic based on your feedback. I test against real data before delivery, but automations often surface edge cases once they're live — I'll work with you to resolve those within the revision scope.
