I will be your indian sensitivity reader and authenticity reader
About this Gig
Have you written a manuscript that is set in India? Or are your characters Indian? Does your book revolve around Hinduism? Or does it talk about Indian Spirituality?
If you are looking for a beta reader who understands all of it, provides constructive feedback on your work, and sees that your story is inclusive, you do not have to look further.
I will be your sensitivity/diversity reader and pinpoint damaging stereotypes, objectionable content, and misrepresentations about people's ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation. I will see that your work is genuine and does not offend the Indian people.
Also, what extra do you get?
- In-line feedback in the form of comments and detailed 3-4 pages Beta Reader Report on overall impression and any loopholes
- Feedback on opening, characters, plot, pacing, setting, dialogues & everything in between
I am an avid reader, reviewing books for the past 5 years. I have reviewed for publishers like Harper Collins, Pan Macmillan, Westland Books, and more.
I can't wait to beta read your work and help you get closer to your dream project!
PS: I will beta read all fictional genres. For anything I have missed here, please feel free to chat :)
