How far in advance are reminders sent?
Standard setup includes a 24-hour and a 2-hour reminder before each appointment, but this is configurable to whatever timing works best for your business.
What happens if two customers try to book the same time slot?
The system is built to prevent double-booking safely — once a slot is taken, it's immediately unavailable to other customers, even if two people are booking at nearly the same moment.
