What information do I need to provide to get started?
A reference image, sketch, photo, or just a description of your product is enough. Dimensions and measurements are helpful but not required — I'll ask if needed.
What file formats will I receive?
Depending on your package, you will receive STL for 3D printing, STEP, OBJ, FBX and native source files. If you need a specific format, just mention it before ordering.
Will my model actually be printable?
A: Yes. Every model is optimized for real 3D printing, including correct wall thickness, support considerations, and a watertight mesh. I follow real manufacturing standards, so your model works in the real world, not just on screen.
Can you work from just a rough sketch or photo?
Absolutely. Most clients start with just a hand-drawn sketch or a reference photo. I'll recreate it as a precise 3D model and share a preview for your approval before finalizing.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic package includes 2 revisions. Standard and Premium include unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
Do you offer custom quotes for complex projects?
Yes. If your project has many parts, special requirements or is highly detailed, just message me before ordering and I'll give you a fair custom price.
Can I use the model for commercial products?
Yes. All models I deliver come with full commercial usage rights. You own the file completely once the order is complete.
