About this Gig
I believe that in order to create an everlasting impression on your prospective client, your business proposal/ Expression of Interest (EOI) is required to be fully-tailored in response to RFPs (Request for Proposal) by large enterprises. I am here to help you with just that! Please note that this is very different from a business plan.
Each business proposal is different but my standard business proposal design will include:
1. A covering letter stating the service for which the proposal is being submitted/ key note from the Executives.
2. Your company profile, achievements and testimonials.
3. The Technical Components including:
- The scope of services offered;
- You proposed approach and methodology;
- Timeline for project delivery; and
- The project team and their profiles.
4. The Financial Components including:
- Your proposed fee schedule; and
- Pricing terms.

FAQ
Which software will I be using?
I will use Microsoft Power Point for proposal writing. However, if you want me to use any other free online software, I will readily do so.
