I clean, deduplicate and format Excel, CSV and Google Sheets files from short contact lists to files with tens of thousands of rows.

Remove duplicate and near-duplicate records
Standardise names, dates, phone numbers, addresses, currencies
Fix inconsistent text case, stray spaces, hidden characters, merged cells
Split/merge columns, reorder and rename headers
Fill blanks, flag errors, delete empty rows
Clean presentation: headers, freeze panes, filters, highlighting

Can you handle files bigger than 10,000 rows?
Yes — message me first and I'll send a custom offer. Size isn't usually the constraint.
What counts as a duplicate?
You decide. Exact matches on a single column, or fuzzy matching where "Jon Smith" and "John Smith " are flagged as the same person.
Can you merge several files into one?
Yes — that's the Premium package. I'll combine up to 5 files into a single clean master sheet and remove duplicates that appear across them, not just within each file.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Files are never shared, and I delete them permanently once you approve the delivery.
What if the result isn't right?
Revisions are included in every package, and your original file is always preserved — nothing is ever lost.
