Will the tracker handle partial payments?
Yes. You enter each invoice with a unique ID, then record payments against that ID. The workbook totals the payments and calculates the remaining balance. It uses one currency per file; it does not convert exchange rates.
Which software do I need?
The delivery is an XLSX file for Microsoft Excel. Please tell me your Excel version and device before ordering. If you use Google Sheets, LibreOffice or a mobile app, message me first so we can confirm the required features and compatibility before you buy.
Does it connect to my bank or send invoices?
No. This is a manual invoice and payment tracker with formulas. Bank connections, invoice generation, automatic reminders, macros and tax advice are not included. Please share only fictional or anonymised sample data when explaining what you need.
