About this Gig
Need to import contacts into iPhone, Android, Outlook, or another contact manager? I will convert one structured CSV or Excel contact file into a clean, import-ready vCard/VCF 3.0 file.
Included:
- Map agreed columns such as name, phone, email, company, and address
- Normalize safe formatting
- Flag blank or invalid values
- Remove exact duplicates only by an agreed rule
- Deliver the VCF file, a short mapping summary, and an issue list
The Basic package covers one file with up to 500 contacts and one agreed column layout.
I do not invent missing information, enrich contacts, scrape data, or log into Google, Apple, or Microsoft accounts. Please remove sensitive fields you do not need and send an anonymized sample before ordering. Always test the import with a small batch first.

FAQ
What do I receive?
You receive a clean VCF 3.0 file, a short column-mapping summary, and an issue list for values that need your review.
Which contact fields can you convert?
Structured fields such as name, phone, email, company, address, and notes can be mapped after I review your sample.
Will you access or import into my account?
No. I do not log into Google, Apple, Microsoft, or other accounts. You import the delivered file and test a small batch first.
Do you fix invalid or missing details?
I safely normalize formatting and flag invalid or missing values. I never invent contact information.
What should I send before placing an order?
Send an anonymized sample, the approximate contact count and your target app (for example iPhone, Android or Outlook). Tell me which fields to keep and how to handle duplicates. I will confirm the mapping and scope before you order; test the delivered file with a small batch first.
