Can you return items?
Yes all items sent can be returned for $10. However, the buyer must supply a pre-paid shipping label! All products will be held for a maximum of 14 days from the completion of the gig.
Can anyone else be in the video?
Typically it is just me presenting. However, if you feel your product requires multiple people in the video, then please message me for a custom gig quote.
Can you change your background colour?
Yes for an additional fee I can change it to any background colour that you may require. Please message me for more information and costs relating to this.
Commercial Licensing Rights
In order to use the created content for commercial purposes, including the advertisement of paid products or services - then you will need to purchase my optional gig extra for Commercial Licensing Rights. This will give you permission to use the content commercially.
