I will design sheet metal parts with flat patterns and dxf drawings

I design sheet metal components in SolidWorks with manufacturing constraints in mind. My engineering experience includes configurable folded profiles, product development and coordination with production.

I prepare brackets, covers, trays, panels and small assemblies with editable 3D models, flat DXF exports and dimensioned PDF drawings.

BASIC: one simple part, up to 3 bends, one drawing.

STANDARD: one detailed part, up to 8 bends, two drawings.

PREMIUM: up to 4 simple parts, assembly, four drawings and a BOM.

Please supply dimensions, material grade, thickness, inside bend radius, tolerances and workshop bend allowance or K-factor. Flat patterns depend on the actual tools and process and must be validated by your manufacturer before production.

Revisions cover the agreed brief. Complex forming, nesting, machine programming, physical fabrication, certification and FEA require a separate quote. Contact me first if dimensions or manufacturing parameters are incomplete.
