As the author of six published novels, I provide beta reading feedback that goes beyond general notes. I offer insights grounded in real writing experience. As a beta reader, I will give you feedback from a reader's perspective. I will answer any questions about:

1. How believable are your story, characters, or plot
2. Does the pacing push the story forward
3. Plot tension, as well as the tension between characters
4. Characters (arcs and developments, motivations, voice, likeability, etc.)
5. How's the dialogue (does it flow, is there enough, too much? Can you tell the characters apart by their speech patterns)
6. The plot (does it make sense, is it self-contained, is it engaging, are the stakes raising realistically)
7. The setting (does it provide enough for the theatre of the mind? Does it reflect the mood and theme of your work
8. The beginning (what I think the promise of the plot is, does it hook the reader)
9. The ending (is it emotionally satisfying, does it connect to the beginning, does it follow genre standards)
