Do I need to bring anything?
No. It will be beneficial for you to think how you can concisely describe the issue that you are struggling with.
Are you qualified and have you personally experienced the challenges you coach on?
Within a three-year period I faced health issues, emotional trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. I rebuilt my life from a place of real despair, rewired my mindset, and found genuine happiness. I coach from real life experience, not from a textbook and qualification.
How does the session work — is it by video or phone?
Sessions are held via video call, which allows us to have a real, face-to-face conversation. After purchase, I'll message you to arrange your session time and share the meeting link.
What happens in a session?
We'll explore where you are right now, what's been weighing on you, and what you'd like to feel different. There's no pressure — it's a safe, judgement-free space to start making sense of things.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No — this is coaching, not therapy or counselling. Coaching is forward-focused: we look at where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there. If I feel you would benefit from professional therapeutic support, I will always say so honestly.
What if I'm not sure which package is right for me?
Start with the Basic session — it's designed exactly for that. It gives us a chance to meet, explore your situation, and figure out together what kind of support would help you most. You can always upgrade afterwards.
What time zone do you work in?
I'm based in the UK and work in GMT/BST. I offer weekday mornings, evenings and weekend sessions. If you're in a different time zone, message me and we'll do our best to find a time that works for both of us.
