What kind of file hmanch needs from me to get started?
I need a copy of your logo in vector format with these extensions Ai (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Adobe Photoshop), and vector layers. But if you have JPG and PNG image of your logo then contact me before placing an order.
What if i don't have a design in those formats?
If you don't have a design in these formats I mention in my first FAQ question. Then before placing order please get me in touch.
How long does it take to produce an animation?
Normally I can complete and animation project within 1-2 days. But some projects take more time for the complexity of animation and revisions.
At the ending of order, what kind of material do i recieve?
In [Silver Package] you will get a video file of 1080p 3-10 seconds animation. In [Gold Package] 1080p HD video with custom background sounds effects. In [Diamond Package] you will get a video of 4K Ultra HD with complex animation + custom background + Logo transparency + Source File + SFX + GIF.
What kind of software hmanch use and can i edit my files later?
I am using Adobe After Effects for most of my animations. In [Diamond Package] you will get the source and later you can edit yourself with the help of this software (Adobe After Effects).
What if i am not satisfied with logo animation?
I try my best to provide you work according to your desires. But if some reasons my work is not satisfied you, I would refund 100%.
What is Animated GIF?
An animated GIF is an image encoded in graphics interchange format (GIF),which contains a number of images or frames in a single file and is described by its own graphic control extension.
What is Transparent Background?
A Background that has no color is called transparent background. You can place transparent background animation anywhere you want and see it play on top.
Do you design logo?
Unfortunately, I cannot provide a logo designing facility. My services are based on animation only.
