Do I own the full Copyright to the Mascot?
Yes! Once completed, you own 100% full commercial rights. You can use the design for websites, apps, merch, or marketing freely. We only retain the right to display it in our studio portfolio.
Do you design Gaming, Esports, or 3D mascots?
No. We specialize in Flat, Modern, Minimalist mascots optimized for SaaS & B2B Tech. We DO NOT create 3D, aggressive Esports, or complex gaming avatars.
Why do I need Vector/Source files (AI/EPS/SVG/PDF)?
Vectors are "master files" that let you scale your mascot infinitely (from cards to billboards) without quality loss. Essential for printing & editing. Included in Standard & Premium.
What do you need from me to get started?
Simple! Just tell us: 1. Your business type (e.g., SaaS, Crypto, Delivery). 2. The character you want (e.g., Robot, Owl, Monkey). 3. Brand vibe/colors (e.g., Friendly, Blue and White).
What does "Revision" mean?
Revisions cover adjustments to the current design (colors, pose, facial expression). It does NOT cover creating a brand new character concept from scratch.
What is included in the Stationery & Social Media Kit?
Includes Business Card, Letterhead, plus Profile Pics & Banners for LinkedIn/Twitter. VIP BONUS: We provide Editable Canva & Word links for Stationery so you can edit text yourself!
Can you turn my photo into a Mascot?
Yes! We can base the character on your photo. However, it will be stylized in our signature Flat/Minimalist cartoon style (Duolingo vibe), NOT a realistic portrait.
Can you deliver faster than the listed time?
Yes, check the Extra Fast option at checkout. For super rush orders (24h) of Premium Gig, please message us first to confirm our team's availability.
Can I get the mascot head and text separately?
Yes! Please add the "Pro Isolated Assets" extra. We will deliver separate transparent files for the standalone mascot (perfect for App Icons/Favicons) and the text logotype.
Do I get to see a sketch first?
Yes. For Standard/Premium orders, we send a rough sketch for approval before vectorizing. We can adjust the structure at this stage to ensure it matches your vision.
