Do I own the website?
Yes. It lives on a hosting account in your name, on your domain, and you get the full source files. There's no monthly fee to me and nothing to cancel. Any developer can edit it later.
What does it cost after the order?
Hosting on the free plan is $0 for a site this size. A domain costs about $10–15 a year at the registrar you choose. Premium's form uses a free plan (about 50 messages a month). If you need more, the paid plan is optional.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
No one can honestly promise rankings. I set up the basics correctly (title, description, mobile speed, business details), link it to your Google Business Profile, and keep it fast. That's the foundation. Your Google profile matters more for Maps.
I'm not a writer. Can you write the text?
Yes. Send your services, area and a few notes and I write all of it in plain language. I use AI tools to draft and personally edit every line. Nothing goes live until you approve the preview.
Can I add pages or a blog later?
This gig is a one-page site, which is what most small contractors need. If you outgrow it, you have the files and can expand it, or message me for a custom offer here on Fiverr.
