Can you caption videos longer than what's included in the package?
Yes. I offer an "Add extra minute" gig extra for $10, which adds 60 seconds to your package. For videos longer than 6 to 7 minutes, message me first for a custom quote.
Do you provide SRT or VTT subtitle files?
No. I deliver burned-in captions only - the captions are part of the video file itself, so no separate subtitle files to manage. If you specifically need SRT or VTT files for accessibility or translation, I'm not the right captioner for that project.
What format and quality does my video need to be in?
File: MP4, MOV, or WebM — raw video file (not a YouTube/Instagram/TikTok link) Aspect ratio: 9:16 vertical (Reels/TikTok/Shorts native) — my styles are calibrated for vertical video. Square (1:1) or horizontal (16:9) is workable too, just mention it upfront so I can adjust layout.
