How often based on the number of calls is a recap or a follow up given?
Follow ups are only a part of standard or premium packages. They are only done once after the calls are completed.
Do I need to provide a caller ID?
I would encourage this because if someone on your lead list wants to get back to you because they are interested in your services, they will be able to do so.
What do I need to get started?
My four requirements are: 1. Script, 2. Contact lists 3. Callback number 4. Business name and details (If you don't have any of this, I can provide it)
Can you use a specific number or area code?
Absolutely, in cases where phone calls are to a specific area or a state. Appointments are set using local area code.
Do you provide documentation for cold calls that you make?
Every phone call will have detailed notes, total appointments set along with the highlights showing which leads need immediate nurturing and insights as to for most opportunities simply put, you will be able to pick left off.
