1. What information do I need to provide to get started?
Reference images, sketches, or dimensions of your part. The more detail you share upfront, the faster and more accurate the delivery.
2. What file formats will I receive?
STEP and PDF on all packages. Standard and Premium include IGES. Premium also includes other required formats needed.
3. Can you work from a photo or hand sketch?
Yes. A clear photo or scanned sketch with key dimensions noted is enough to get started.
4. Do you deliver source files?
Source files are included in Premium. Available as a paid add-on for Basic and Standard.
5. What if I need more than 5 parts in an assembly?.
Order the Standard or Premium package and add extra parts using the add-on. Each additional part is $5.
6. Can the drawings be used directly for manufacturing?
Yes. Drawings include dimensions, annotations, and title block — ready for fabrication or vendor submission. Any additional requirements will come with a extra charge as per requirement
7. What if I am not satisfied with the result?
Each package includes revisions. Raise your concern clearly and I will fix it within the revision count. Premium includes unlimited revisions for up to 45 Days.
8. How do I know my design is kept confidential?
Your files and designs are only used to complete your order. I do not share, reuse, or display your work without permission from the client.
