I source directly from company career portals and ATS platforms — not LinkedIn, Indeed, or any aggregator. I avoid Easy Apply entirely. You get fresh postings that haven't yet been flooded, matched specifically to your profile and goals.
Do you get the chance to review the jobs before i submit them ?
Yes, I take your approval from the sourced jobs before, but It needs to be within a span of 48 hours to avoid job expiration or decrease your chance of applying with careful consideration of the job match and your profile.
Do people actually get interviews out of this service ?
Even though I can't guarantee job/interview landing, I had many successful stories with many clients, especially with resume tailoring. please check out my past reviews.
What do you actually get out of this service ?
You don't just get the service mentioned in the chosen plan, but I will be advising you the whole way if you need my advise or consultation about anything beside the tools & sources you can get out of the project that might help you to do it yourself further on.
How long before I start getting interviews?
Most clients start receiving interview invitations within 1 to 3 weeks, with meaningful traction in the first month. This varies based on role, seniority, location, and market competitiveness.
What do I need to start?
Ideally a current resume — but if you don't have one or it's outdated, that's fine. I run an onboarding process to collect everything needed: experience, target roles, preferred locations, salary expectations, career goals.
Who do you work with?
Professionals at every level — from early career through VPs and C-suite. The sourcing strategy, resume tone, and application pace adjust to the level of the search.
Which markets do you cover?
The United States, Europe, and the Gulf region — UAE, Saudi Arabia, and surrounding markets. Mention your specific target country or city during onboarding and I'll factor it in from day one.
