What file types can you work with?
Excel XLSX/XLS and CSV are ideal. I can also work with a Google Sheets export. If your source is PDF or an image, message me first because conversion complexity varies.
What counts as a row or item?
One data record counts as one row/item. Very wide files, unstructured notes, or cells containing multiple records may need a custom quote because row count alone does not reflect the work.
Will you remove duplicates automatically?
Only when the matching rule is clear. I can match by email, phone, ID, SKU, or agreed combinations. Ambiguous matches are flagged for review instead of guessed.
Will my original data be preserved?
Yes. I work from a copy and do not intentionally overwrite your source. I also compare key counts before delivery so unexpected row loss can be investigated.
Can you merge multiple spreadsheets?
Yes. Standard and Premium include multiple source files. The files need a usable common key or clear mapping rules; otherwise I will flag unmatched records.
Can you prepare data for HubSpot, Shopify, or another system?
Yes, if you provide the required import template or field names. I can create an import-ready Excel or CSV file, but direct setup inside third-party systems is not included unless agreed separately.
Do you work with sensitive or confidential data?
I treat client files as confidential. Please do not send health records, bank/card details, government ID numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive data. For ordinary contact data, I use only what is needed for the order.
Do you use AI tools?
I may use AI as a productivity aid for non-sensitive tasks when appropriate, but I manually review the output. I do not upload sensitive client data to third-party AI tools without explicit permission.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers corrections within the original agreed cleaning rules and scope. New files, new rules, extra rows, or a different output structure may require an extra or custom offer.
Can you deliver faster?
Often yes, depending on file size and complexity. Use the Extra Fast option when available, or message me before ordering if the deadline is critical.
