Why do I need to contact you before ordering this gig?
There are a lot of factors that go into creating a website. My availability, your availability, your requirements, and content, etc. Before we commit to a project, we need to be sure that all the pieces are in place and that I can deliver what you need.
What do you need to get started?
First and most important, I will need to know as much as possible about you and your business, that way I'll be able to make you a site that truly represents you. Other than that, I will need access to your hosting account or existing WordPress website
Do you provide web hosting?
Web hosting is not included in this gig. Send me a message and I can help you select the right hosting platform for your needs.
How will we communicate?
As with any project, timely and thorough communication is the key to success! During your project, I'll be available through the Fiverr messaging system, by phone, or via video conference. During our kickoff, we'll also schedule regular checkpoints so we can stay in touch.
How do I send you my content for the website?
You can send me your sample design file, PSD or any link. You can also upload any media/images/etc. to Fiverr. The process is simple and I'm happy to help if you get stuck.
Do you provide support for the website?
I provide support after the website is completed. Additionally, I can also create a support package for ongoing support if desired.
Will I be able to edit my site?
Absolutely! I build all my sites using a flexible and easy-to-configure suite of tools. Once I deliver the site you'll be free to do with it as you please.
What if I don't have any content for my site yet?
No problem. You can choose your desired design so that I can build it and later upload your content.
Do you provide Premium plugins and themes?
Yes, I provide some Premium plugins and themes free with my service. But if you want to choose any themes or plugins that you desire and if I do not have them, I can assist you to buy them.
What happens to my existing website?
We build your new site in a development environment so your existing site is still available until we are ready to launch your new site. We can provide guidance on how to back up your old site before we take the new site to live, but we can't be responsible for the backup itself.
