Turn incoming inquiries into organized records and email alerts.
I will build one n8n workflow that:
- Collects a name, email address, and service request through one n8n form.
- Adds the details to one Google Sheet.
- Updates the existing row when the same email address is submitted again.
- Sends a Gmail notification to one email address.
The package includes workflow testing, an exported workflow file, a short setup guide, and one revision within the agreed scope.
You will need a working n8n instance and Google accounts with access to your spreadsheet and Gmail. You will authorize your own connections; passwords are not required.
Hosting, subscriptions, server installation, and ongoing maintenance are not included. Your n8n instance must stay online for the workflow to run.
This service captures submitted inquiries; it does not find leads or scrape contact lists.

What happens if someone submits the same email twice?
The workflow updates the existing Google Sheets row when the email matches exactly, then sends a new notification. The latest submission replaces the previous details in that row.
Are hosting and ongoing costs included?
No. The package covers one workflow, testing, a setup guide, and one revision within the agreed scope. Hosting and subscriptions are separate. Your n8n instance must remain online for the workflow to run.
