I check the links and review the design in one agreed email app and version.
Please provide your contact details, brand assets, and target app. Outlook users: specify your version.
One person per package. Installation, logo design, and paid image hosting are not included. Image hosting is agreed before work starts. Display may vary between apps.

Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for a simple signature, Standard for a logo-and-photo layout with an extra booking or website link, or Premium if you also want a compact reply version and contact editing guide.
Is the signature a single image?
No. Your contact details are HTML text with clickable links. Logos, photos, and social icons use images.
What is a compact reply signature?
It is a shorter version for replies, using the same branding and essential contact details. It is for the same person, not an additional employee.
Will it work in my email app?
Please confirm your app and version before ordering. I checked one agreed environment. Formatting, dark mode, and image display can vary between apps and recipient settings.
Do you install the signature?
Every package includes a setup guide. Assisted installation is available through my separate installation Gig.
Do you provide logo design or image hosting services?
Logo creation and paid image-hosting services are not part of the package. Please provide your logo, profile photo, and other required brand materials. Before I begin designing, we’ll confirm a suitable hosting option for any images used in your email signature.
Will I be able to update my information in the future?
Yes! Each package includes the final HTML signature file, allowing you to keep a copy for future use. With the Premium package, you also get a simple guide explaining how to update your contact information. Please note that this is a custom-coded HTML signature, not a drag-and-drop editor.
