What do you need from me?

Will this guarantee more bookings or better ranking?
No, and be careful with anyone who promises that. Airbnb's algorithm is a booking-probability model weighing hundreds of signals. What I can do is make your listing honest, specific, and clear, which is what the research supports.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and I'd rather tell you than hide it. I built a structured system that pulls your listing data, scores it against the framework, and reads every review. But I review and edit every audit myself, and the judgment calls, examples, and priorities are mine. Not a raw chatbot output.
Do you rewrite my listing text?
Not in this gig. This is the diagnosis: what's broken, why, and what to fix first, with examples. Full copywriting (description, titles, photo captions) is a separate service.
What if my listing is new or has few reviews?

How is the score calculated?

Does the score judge my property or my listing?
Your listing only. A wonderful property can have an average listing. That gap is exactly what this finds.
Do you offer pricing for multiple listings or property managers?
