FAQ
Can you feature my product with your kids or pets in the video?
Absolutely. Kids and family UGC are one of our specialties. We do require a clear, family safe brief and a quick review of any scripting before filming with the children; this protects your brand and our family, and keeps everything FTC and platform compliant.
Can I use the videos for paid ads?
Yes. Standard delivery includes 12 months of paid ads usage and 12 months of organic usage across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. Amazon listing usage is available as perpetual. Whitelisting, raw footage rights, and perpetual social rights are available — message me to scope it.
What usage rights are included?
Standard delivery includes 12 months of paid ads usage and 12 months of organic social usage across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. Amazon listing/PDP usage is available as perpetual. Whitelisting, raw footage rights, and perpetual social rights are available — just message me so I can scope it correctly
What formats, sizes, and resolution do you deliver?
Our standard delivery is vertical 9:16 in full HD 1080p — perfect for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Need other sizes (16:9, 1:1, 4:5) or 4K? Just let me know before I send your offer so I can scope it into your order. Tell me where you're posting and we'll format everything right.
Can I write the script or do you write it?
You can provide a script or key talking points, or we can create it for you based on your product and goals. Just let us know your preference when you order.
How fast is delivery, and do I need to send my product?
Yes — ship your product first. Once it arrives and the brief is approved, typical turnaround is about 7 days from when filming begins. Need it faster? Rush delivery in 3–5 days is available if arranged ahead of time. We'll flag anything affecting timing up front.
Can I get a revision if I change my mind on the tone or script?
Revisions are only provided for errors made on our end. If you need a creative change (like script, tone, or structure), we’re happy to do it for an additional fee.
