I will prepare a site plan for your landscape project based on your property layout.

The plan can be created using Google Maps imagery (approximate but commonly accepted for planning and visualization purposes), or I can modify an existing site plan if you already have one.

What youll get:

• Property boundaries and layout with dimensions (based on Google Maps)
• Existing elements (house, driveway, hardscape, main features)
• Proposed landscape elements positioned clearly
• Clean, readable drawing format (PDF)

Important note:

• Plans created from Google Maps are not survey-grade. If exact dimensions or legal boundaries are required, a licensed land survey should be used.
