Hubi Hofmann - professional bassist, producer, mixing & mastering engineer since 2005, studied at some of the most renowned music faculties, and worked on countless releases with hundreds of artists around the world.
I'll be glad to help all your musical needs (not only recording bass for your music, but also mixing/mastering your song/album, or adding even more instruments or vocals if you need them) as a producer, so be sure to contact me and talk about your project first.
ABOUT THIS GIG
Before ordering, please contact me to talk about your vision and sound aesthetic.
This is the most important part as it affects all further action!
Then you'll send me your song(s) (and sheets/bass-parts, if available) and I'll let you know if there are any problems. If not, I'll send you an offer.
I'll record the song(s) (24bit / 44.1kHz, unless you want a higher sample rate) according to your sheet/bass-part or come up with something suiting your vision myself - You'll get 1 track per song, though I'll sometimes include an alternate version too.
Then you'll get revisions if needed (which will take me 1-2 more days of delivery time), and once you're happy, I'm happy :)

Can you transcribe/play existing bass parts/read sheet music/tabulature?
Yes, I can transcribe, read and play all common notation, and if they make sense to me, I will also play them the way you want.
I/We don't have a bass part in mind/written out, is that a problem for you?
No, and I'd love to come up with something suiting your song/vision myself.
Can you slap/play fingerstyle (pizzicato)/play with a pick?
Yes, yes, and yes. I can also do tapping or chord stuff if you really need me to.
What genres can you play?
I can play almost all genres you want me to, but definitely everything classified as "Popular Music", such as Pop, Rock, Metal, Punk, Reggae, Ska, Soul, Disco, Funk, Blues, Jazz, ... I also know how to GROOVE and play in da pocket... many players out there do not...
Do you have a 4/5/6-string or fretless bass?
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Can you provide a British accent?
I can try, but Brits will notice...
