I will build a windows desktop application in python

A tool that runs on the machine, with a window, that your people can open without a browser, a login or an internet connection.

I build Windows desktop applications in Python. My own is on the Microsoft Store:

a system monitor with a local AI assistant, 1,350 commits, eighteen months of public development, signed and scanned clean.

What I build well:

- Internal tools: something that reads your files, your database or your hardware and shows it in a window a non-technical person can use.

- Automation with a face on it, so somebody other than you can run it.

- Monitoring and reporting tools that keep history and tell you what changed.

- Apps that work entirely offline, where nothing leaves the machine.

What comes with it: a packaged .exe that runs without Python installed, the source, and documentation that lets you or your next developer pick it up.

What I will not do: tell you it will take three days when it will take ten.

If what you need is bigger than what you are paying for, I will say so before you order, and tell you what the smaller honest version looks like.
