I am a professional industrial product designer and ECU enclosure design is one of the most technically demanding challenges in automotive and electronics product development.

An ECU is the brain of every modern vehicle. But even the most advanced control unit fails without a housing designed to protect it from vibration, heat cycles, moisture ingress, electromagnetic interference, and physical impact. Getting that housing wrong is not an option when it sits inside an engine bay or mounted to a motorcycle frame.

I design ECU enclosures and engine control unit housings engineered for the environments they actually operate in connector cutout placement, PCB clearance geometry, IP rating compliance, thermal dissipation channels, mounting bracket integration, and sealing groove design built for gasket or potting compound application.
