Send me a recording and I'll send back a transcript with every speaker named and every line timestamped, usually within 24 hours.
Speakers are labeled with the real names you give me, not "Speaker 1" and "Speaker 2". I check names, brands and places against what you send before the files go out.
You get three files. A readable TXT for reading and quoting. An SRT for captions on YouTube or in your editor. A JSON with each line, speaker and start time, if you want to build on it. From Standard up, you also get a list of topic timestamps you can paste in as YouTube chapters.
What I need from you: the recording or a link to it, the names of the speakers in the order they first talk, and any names or terms that are easy to get wrong.
Turnaround is 24 hours on Basic and Standard, 48 on Premium. Basic includes one revision, Standard two, Premium three.
Clear audio gives the best result. Heavy crosstalk or loud background noise lowers accuracy, and if I think yours will be rough, I'll tell you before you order.
Not included: translation, summaries or show notes, and video editing.

I'm Greg. I run my own audio and transcription setup on servers in my house, and I use it to make voice-overs, clean up recordings, and turn audio and video into transcripts and blog posts. I've also produced a short-form automotive video channel, so timing a voice to video is familiar work. Most orders go back within 24 hours, and each one is made for that buyer only, never reused. I'm in the US and work in English. I read and answer every message myself, and if a job isn't a good fit, I'll tell you before you order.

Is this AI?
Yes, partly. The transcript comes from a speech model I run on my own server, not from a cloud service. The speaker names, and any names and terms you send me, are checked against the audio before it's delivered.
How accurate is it?
On clear audio with one person talking at a time, very close. Crosstalk, heavy accents on a bad mic, and loud background noise all lower it. Send me a short clip first if you're unsure.
Can you do more than two speakers?
Yes. Panels and group calls are fine. Tell me who's who and it helps a lot.
Is my recording kept private?
Yes. It's processed on my own server, not uploaded to a transcription service. I delete your files within 30 days of the order being completed.
Can I get just the SRT for captions?
Yes. All three files come with every package, so use whichever you need.
