I build an AI workflow that reads your PDFs and scanned documents, pulls out the fields you need and adds them to Excel or Google Sheets, automatically, every time a new file arrives.
What makes mine different: the numbers have to be right. I come from engineering and data analysis in manufacturing, where a wrong total costs money. So every extraction is checked:
- line items must add up to the total
- tax, dates and supplier are validated
- anything uncertain is flagged for review, never guessed

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
5 to 20 sample documents (you can hide sensitive data), the fields you want and where the data should go. Not sure which fields? I'll suggest them from your samples.
How accurate is the extraction?
It depends on your documents, so I test on your real files and report the result before delivery. Every row goes through checks (totals, tax, dates). Anything that fails is flagged for review instead of being written silently.
Do I need to pay for any software?
You need n8n (a Cloud plan or a free self-hosted install) and an AI API key from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. I measure the AI cost on your volume before delivery. Subscriptions are not included in the price.
Is my data safe?
Your files are only used to build and test your workflow and are deleted after delivery. The workflow runs in your own accounts with your own API keys. For sensitive data, I can install everything on your own server.
Can it read scanned or handwritten documents?
Scans, yes, as long as they are readable. Handwriting depends on quality: send me a sample and I'll tell you honestly before you order.
Can you connect it to my accounting software?
Yes, if it has an API: QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, Pennylane and most CRMs do. That is the Premium package, or a custom offer.
