I fix and optimize existing PCB designs, schematics and Gerber files so they are reliable, manufacturable and ready for prototyping or production. If your current design has errors, EMI/noise issues, DRC violations or your manufacturer rejected the files.

WHAT I DO

• Review & clean up your schematic (naming, net connections, symbols)
• Fix PCB layout issues: bad routing, clearances, wrong footprints, missing nets
• Run & resolve DRC/ERC errors and common fab rule violations
• Improve grounding, power distribution & decoupling strategy
• Adjust trace widths, clearances & via sizes to match fab capabilities
• Check/repair Gerber and drill outputs; regenerate if needed from the PCB project
• Update BOM (footprints, values, package alignment) on request

PROBLEMS I ADDRESS

• Manufacturer rejecting files (min width/spacing, drills, mask issues)
• Short circuits / open nets found in DRC or after first prototype
• Unstable behavior due to poor grounding or power layout
• Wrong or mismatched footprints and pinouts
• Noisy analog sections or sensitive signals routed poorly
