What exactly is covered by each package?
Basic: 1 journey, up to 5 steps across 3 pages. Standard: 1 journey, up to 8 steps across 5 pages. Premium: up to 2 journeys of 8 steps each across 8 unique pages. Page and journey counts are totals.
Which devices and browsers are covered?
Basic covers Chrome desktop. Standard and Premium add a simulated mobile viewport in Chrome. Physical-device testing and comprehensive browser compatibility testing are not included.
What will the report contain?
The reviewed scope, annotated screenshots, observed friction or functional issues, priorities and recommendations. Standard and Premium add an editable fix checklist. I do not invent findings or promise a fixed number of defects.
Will you fix the code or guarantee more sales?
No. This is an expert review and recommendations service. Code changes, conversion guarantees, SEO audits, security testing, load tests and accessibility certification are excluded.
Does this involve recruited users?
No. I review the agreed journey myself. It is not research with recruited participants, and it does not establish statistical user behavior.
How does the Premium retest work?
One retest of the original findings after one round of your changes, within the agreed timeline. If the updated version is not ready, we must agree an extension through Fiverr. New pages and journeys are outside this retest.
Can you review a private web app?
Yes, if you provide an authorized test environment with synthetic data and appropriate test access. Real purchases, destructive actions and exposure of sensitive customer data are excluded.
How do we communicate?
We work through written Fiverr messages in English or Portuguese, with one delivery language per order. Calls and meetings are not included.
What does one revision include?
One consolidated round of clarification or correction within the agreed scope. New products, extra pages, additional journeys or new deliverables require a separate agreement.
When does delivery start?
Submit the required briefing and materials through Fiverr. The delivery deadline is the one shown on the order. Please discuss unusual scope or access constraints before ordering.
