What you need to start migration?
I need access to wordpress dashboard (If you want to migrate by using only plugin) I need the cPanel/hosting account access (for the manual process) With this access, I will take a backup of the old website and then, I need access to a new hosting account to restore the backup files.
How much time you'll take to complete migration?
It depends on the website's size. If your website is >1GB, it will take up to 10 minutes. If your website is 1< >5GB, it will take up to 20 minutes. If your website is 5< >10GB, it will take up to 40 minutes. If your website is more than 10GB, it will take more than 1 hour.
Will you help? If I get I any issue after some day?
